Greetings! This is our new webpage for the Youth Services Department of the Elmwood Park Library. It is still a work in progress, so please be patient. But we hope you find it useful. Enjoy!
a little late in posting but....
Summer Reading was over as of August 1st! We had a great year! Record numbers of kids signed up and participated in this year's summer reading. It was awesome. We hope you had a great time, as well. We look forward to next summer!
Summer Reading is almost over! There are only 3 days left!
The last day to log your books and receive prizes is August 1st. No exceptions!
Don't forget to come to the library Monday, August 3 @ 6:30 for our final party with the magic and juggling of Jeffery the Great! We will have refreshments afterwards.
Summer Reading has officially started!
Read books, tells us about them, and win prizes!
The hours you can come in to tell us about the books are:
Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm
Friday-Saturday 10am-4pm
And remember, you can only bring up to three books each day.
We hope you win all the prizes you can and have a great summer!
Oh, if you haven't signed-up yet, don't worry, you can still sign-up all the way through the end of July!
Sign-ups have started May 11th.
So you can sign-up anytime between now and the end of July!

The first day of summer reading is June 8. That's the first day you can come in, visit with a Listener and log your books.
Don't miss Scales & Tails, a traveling zoo, at the library on June @ 6:00 p.m.
